Happy Halloween!

31 10 2008

a short entry for a seasonal greeting…

Its that time of year again, annoying children knocking on your door asking for treats, hanging decorations and other Halloween stuff. Horror movie marathons; giving Spirit games ( i.e. Spirit of the Glass, Pen, Coin etc. ) a try and trying to scare the crap out of each other; being in the spirit greeting each other a Happy Halloween!

How I wish that was in my case, it feels like a regular day for me. :(

We don’t really celebrate Halloween that much… Scratch that, we don’t celebrate Halloween AT ALL. How I wish I were to knock on people’s doors and ask for candy; watch horror movies all day; do Spirit games and tell spooky stories to cousins. For my whole 12 years of life, I haven’t experienced even a drop of that. RAWR!!! Oh well… Halloween Festivities aren’t in in the Philippines. We pay more attention to All Saints Day, which is tomorrow by the way, we gather around and put candles and flowers at the graves of our beloved ones that have passed away to the other world and pray. After praying, we do what we want to do while sitting atop our deceased family member’s graves, we eat, play with our handheld gaming consoles, read, chatter and stare blankly into space ( Well, that’s what I do. :D ).

I hope you, my fellow bloggers and readers had a better Halloween than I did. Since its not the end of the day yet I might as well greet you guys…

This is Emman M. greeting everyone a Happy Halloween!

Its a Slow Day

31 10 2008

the story makes a boring turn…

Nothing special happened today, so why make an entry?

  1. I have nothing better to do.
  2. I’m bored.
  3. I have a story to tell.

Now I made up a completely random story just now, please read the disclaimer below before reading onward:

Emman M. will not be held reliable to any damages due to violent reactions to the retardation and stupidity of this fabricated story. If symptoms such as exhaustion, loss of sanity, extreme anger, incapability to curse and scream enough to the plain stupidity of the story, banging on walls may arise, insult your doctor.

Now on to the story:

The Legend of the Crushed Peppercorn

Once upon a time there was a Pepper named Dr. Pepper and a Corn named Ms. Sweet Corn.

One day they met at a vegetable convention and fell in love, soon they got married.

Pretty soon, they had a baby and named him Peppercorn.

Then one day as Peppercorn was in his crib, a truck came out of no where and crushed him for no apparent reason.

Then a bottle of Crushed Peppercorn appeared in his crib where he was crushed by a truck.

So remember, whenever you eat something seasoned with crushed black pepper, remember that you are eating a dead baby.

THE END.

Foot Note: I just customized my header, what do you think? :D
