Minor Setback

29 10 2008

The plot thickens…

My mom came back an hour ago and we have no idea whether I’ll have a *DNA test or not. :(

*I realize that I haven’t explained in my previous post clearly why my mom had to leave earlier today. Since she gave birth to me at an older age, we need to give information that proves that I am her son. If we give insufficient information I had to get a DNA Test.

The guy from the embassy didn’t say anything because he still had to forward it to the consul who will further examine it. Oh well. :-|

And now to make matters worse, without the knowledge if I will leave anytime soon I have to catch up all I’ve missed from last week because I was undergoing a medical examination. Luckily, a friend of mine was kind enough to let me copy all the assignments, with answers, through Yahoo! Messenger. Thank God she is online. :D

Moving on to less important and random things:

I stumbled into this video in Youtube while I was rummaging through videos of the song “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen. I found the song very entertaining. The song was played by the Ten Tenors and I wanted to share it here in my blog:

They sang it quite well. The guy with the really high-pitched voice singing “Galileo, Galileo!” really shocked me but the original was a little better but none the less this was great. :)

That’s another blog entry for today. ‘Til next time. :)

So Far, So Good.

And so it continues…

About my blog, I’ve done things that are needed to be done and everything is going smoothly, or so I think.

I’m thinking of making my own layout but I have no idea how but I guess that will come in soon when I finally get down to business, as of now I’ll just start with the basics. :D

To make matters worse I’ve deleted my Adobe Photoshop last week because it was taking a LOT of space and now I’m regretting it, even worse, I have no idea where the CD is. Last thing I know it was with my sister.

Moving on to more important things:

I had my interview (for immigration) yesterday, unfortunately things didn’t go as planned when the consul said that the information regarding that my mother was my real mother was insufficient. (Me) Being born when my mother was 38 got them thinking so they tried to search for some pictures when she was pregnant with me and some medical records. So we went back to Angeles City (from Manila) to get my medical records and pictures and stuff. My mother just left sometime ago before I wrote this post. So hopefully, they’ll approve of it and I can finally leave the country. ;-)

That’s all I can write for now. ‘Til next time.
